How this works

Last updated September 14, 2026

You tell PNW Foundations what you're seeing at your house. An inspector contacts you and sets up an inspection of your foundation. No cost, no obligation.

What happens next

The inspector looks at the whole house, inside and out, takes measurements, and tells you what they mean. If your house needs work, the inspector walks you through why it's happening, what's been tried before, and what fixing the cause takes. A plan with costs only if you ask for one. If it doesn't need work, you get told that.

Who contacts you

An inspector arranged by PNW Foundations. King County only.

Your information

Your name and number go to one inspector. Not a list, not a marketplace, not four companies calling you in an hour.

Details on what is collected and how it is kept are in the Privacy Policy. The consent you give on the form is described in the Terms.
