Privacy Policy

Effective as of September 14, 2026

What we collect when you request an inspection, what we do with it, who else sees it, and how to get it removed.

Who This Covers

This policy applies to this website, operated by PNW Foundations ("we," "us," or "our"), and to information you give us through it. It does not cover the separate practices of any contractor you may later sign a contract with, who will have their own policy.

We ask for the minimum needed to call you back and find your house. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or health information.

How We Use It

Consent Records

When you submit the form we store, alongside your details, the exact consent language that was displayed on the page that day, whether you checked the box, the date and time, and the page address.

We keep this because consent has to be provable against what you actually saw, not against a later version of the wording. If we change the consent language, earlier submissions stay tied to the language that was in front of you at the time.

Text Messages and Phone Calls

Mobile opt-in data is not shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

If you check the consent box, you agree we and the contractor partners identified on our site may call and text you at the number you gave, including by automated dialing systems or prerecorded messages. Consent is not a condition of booking an inspection or of purchasing anything.

Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. If you do not check the box, we may still contact you about the request you submitted using ordinary, non-automated means.

Who We Share It With

We share your information only in these situations:

What We Do Not Do

Cookies and Analytics

This site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep it working properly and to understand which pages people read. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; the site will still work if you do.

If we run advertising, ad platforms may set cookies to measure whether an ad led to a form submission. You can usually opt out of interest-based advertising in your device or browser settings.

How Long We Keep It

We keep inspection requests and their consent records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations, and then we delete them. Consent records may be kept longer than contact details, because they are the evidence that contact was permitted in the first place.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See below.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection and we limit access to submissions to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's law; contact us and we will honor them.

Children

This site is intended for adults who own property or are authorized to act for the owner. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-Party Links

This site may link to sites we do not control, including public contractor-lookup tools. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

Do Not Track

Browsers vary in how they send Do Not Track signals and there is no common standard for responding to them, so this site does not respond to them. The choices described above are available to you regardless.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be reflected there. Changes apply going forward and do not alter consent already given or withdrawn.
